The compassion and kindness are so much higher than 5 stars. How can you quantify respect, genuine concern and kindness? I know how it made me feel, less scared, very trusting and that I was in good hands with this practice. Dr Nissenblatt listens, truly listens with the goal to honesty answer your questions, address your fears and give hope with confidence that puts you at ease. So I give him a five, but his skills as a doctor and compassion as a man are so much higher; they are invaluable, priceless.
There are not enough stars that I could possibly give to come close to the care and compassion I receive. Dr. Nissenblatt saves lives - he saved mine! There is comfort and healing just being blessed with him as my Doctor. I am forever grateful. His staff is also wonderful- top notch. - Shari

Dr. Fang is one of the kindest and caring physicians i have ever gone to. From the very first time i met him, when i was so upset and nervous about my cancer diagnosis, and for the 11 years since, he has always been this way. He has always answered my questions, explained things to me, and listens, as if i am the only patient in the world. I am very grateful to him and would not hesitate to recommend him
Everyone is so caring and friendly. From the receptionists to the nurses you feel welcomed and cared for. Stage 4 CRC been with this group over 7 years! Never had a bad experience. Thank you especially to Dr. Michael Nissinblatt! He not only treats your disease he has that very rare quality of tuning in to what each of his patients need….. mentally , physically or spiritually. He truly treats his patients with his mind and his heart.
Dr. N has the best bedside manner of all the doctors I have encountered and Dr N calls me personally with critical lab results. I recommend him to anyone seeking a compassionate Oncologist.

I have known Dr. Nissenblatt for over 30 years, he is my friend and foremost my Doctor. He has saved my life many times over. He is a kind, compassionate and most caring Doctor and never hesitates to answer any and all of my questions. I had the pleasure of working for all the Doctors in this group and I love them all. My experience with this group has always been a pleasure from the front desk to the nurses and the rest of the staff.
I was diagnosed a year ago with pancreatic cancer. I chose Astera Cancer Care to start my chemo treatments. Their care team are wonderful, from check in with Karen who knows my name. Roxane does my vitals, who is so sweet. Jenn in lab is always pleasant. Julie in the injection room is gentle with the needles. All the nurses in the treatment room, Linda, Kathy, Maryann, and Anya are so caring and personable. Sometimes I see Amy the PA who is just great. Dr. Salwitz is knowledgeable, calming and he always tells me I look good.I would definitely recommend Astera Cancer Care
